We pick an easier Hike for our first one. The Boquillas Canyon Trail 1.5 miles roundtrip. The trail climbs abruptly over a low hill
that offers great river views
Surely would have missed them if they hadn't provided the signs.
Mexicans ride across the river to try to sell their wares to the tourists
Usually all you see are the items and a small sign and jar for money
There are bedrock mortar holes made by American Indians
We follow the river awhile
I guess we won't be extending this Hike!
