I always take some time to look down on uphill hikes because there is always something of interest or beauty at ground level too.

I think he had an easier time getting here!
Lost Mine Trail - 4.8 miles - 5,600 to 6,850. Leads upward along the northern slope of Casa Grande to a promontory high on the ridge separating Pine and Juniper Canyons.
We also hiked the Window View Trail and the Basin Loop for a total of 7 miles today.
